How to prepare your session
The massage takes place on a professional table at your home, holiday rental or hotel. To make the most of it:
- Have a quiet room of about 8 m², warmed if needed.
- A warm shower before the session improves how deeply you can release.
- Avoid a heavy meal in the hour beforehand.
- Mention any condition, medication, recent pain or pregnancy before the session.
- Plan for 10–15 quiet minutes after the session — no immediate commitment.
Common questions before booking
How do I actually book?
The easiest way is the form above — share your city, the duration you want and 2–3 possible time slots. WhatsApp and phone also work well, especially for weekend requests or tight timing.
How far in advance should I book?
On weekdays, 24–48 hours is usually enough. For weekends and high tourist season (July–August), plan 3–5 days ahead to get the ideal slot. Last-minute requests are still possible when a slot opens up.
What time slots do you offer?
I work Monday to Saturday, 9 am – 9 pm. Evening slots (6 – 9 pm) are the most requested; mornings and mid-afternoons usually offer more flexibility. Sundays are possible on an exceptional basis.
How does payment work?
Payment is made at the end of the session — cash, instant bank transfer, or secure payment link sent by message. No deposit is required for a single session; a deposit may apply to multi-session packages or long-distance bookings.
How far do you travel?
Travel is included across the Basque coast and nearby areas. For more distant locations (deep inner Basque Country, Spain beyond Donostia), a supplement may be agreed at booking depending on travel time.
Are there any contra-indications?
Deep release massage avoids areas of acute pain, recent inflammation, non-consolidated fractures and severe venous conditions. During pregnancy, some techniques are adapted or avoided. If in doubt, mention it at booking — I’ll guide you and recommend prior medical advice when needed.
Can you come for two or more people (couple, friends, team)?
Yes. For two people I offer back-to-back sessions at the same location, which keeps it simple. For groups (sports teams, wellness events, weekends with friends), ask for a tailored quote with the number of people and the date.
